Villa TOSSAL  is an impressive building, in particular because of its generous size and its absolutely breathtaking 180° panoramic view over the sea and the whole coast, from Moraira harbour to the Peñon de Ifach (Calpe rock, the symbol of the Costa Blanca) to the town of Calpe and to the Cape of Altea. No more beautiful view can be found anywhere on the Costa Blanca. The south-sloping grounds, 1,500 m² in area, are completely surrounded by a garden wall and most of them cannot be seen from outside; your privacy is guaranteed. The plot has two main levels: the pool, with terrace and barbecue area, is below the house. There are three access routes at the back of the building, so that every storey of the house can be reached by car, more or less at ground level.

Situation

The luxury villa is on a south-facing slope, directly above the San Jaime villa park in the Tosal d'els Avencs area, right on the local authority boundary between Benissa und Moraira (Teulada), about 200 m above sea level. Because of the sloping site, there is always a gentle breeze, and this makes your stay pleasant even in the most intense summer heat. The small road leads past the back of the building and is seldom used, and it can scarcely be heard in the house and beside the pool. Rooms

Ground floor: Circular living room with red marble floor and open fireplace, dining room, large kitchen, glazed south terrace with barbecue grill and fabulous view. Two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with WC. Roofed terrace facing east with view of the sea and Moraira harbour. Third double bedroom with its own entrance and shower/WC, with its own sun terrace (facing south) with awning and superb view of the sea. Additional staircase leading direct from the sun terrace to the large open terrace and to the swimming pool and barbecue grill.

Upper floor: Tower apartment with its own entrance, with a circular living area, sleeping area with two beds, small open kitchen, shower/WC and box room. Splendid view.

Lower floor: Large roofed terrace with seating for 8 and the huge open natural stone terrace. On this level there is also a roofed carport for two cars, and there is ample space in the enclosed grounds to park more cars.

Pool: The solar heated pool, with underwater floodlighting, is on the lowest level and also has a breathtaking view. The pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace, and adjoining this is a shady roofed seating area and a barbecue grill, and also a pool shower and a storage room for loungers, inflatable tyres etc.

Open fireplace in the drawing room, barbecue grill on the glazed terrace and beside the heated pool (underwater floodlighting) 8 loungers, 2 colour TVs with satellite dish (ASTRA, German programme), radio-cassette player with CD/mp3 functions, gas central heating (electrical heating in the guest suite and in the tower apartment), several washing machines, fully furnished in typical Spanish style, fitted cupboards in the bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, espresso machine and toaster.

Cleaning fee: 100 € (compulsory)

We have no fixed day of arrival - as far as possible, we arrange things to suit you! The minimum length of stay is 7 nights. 50% of the rent is payable on booking, and 50% one month before the beginning of your stay. The deposit is payable when you move in, and if you move out without leaving any defects it is paid back immediately. The final cleaning and any hire fee for linen and towels are payable in Spain.
