50% of the rent is payable within 10 days from the dispatch of the booking confirmation, and 50% one month before the beginning of your stay. Payment can be made by transfer to the account whose details are given in the booking confirmation, by paypal/credit card or by sending a cheque. Please write the following words as the purpose of the payment: “Down payment holiday villa XY” or “Final payment holiday villa XY”.

If you cancel your holiday, there will be cancellation costs in the amount of the down payment (50% of the rent); if you cancel your holiday less than one month before it is due to begin, the complete rent is payable. You are advised to take out trip cancellation insurance.

At the beginning of the lease, the lessee shall pay a deposit, which will be returned immediately if the premises are left free of defects on departure. Payment for the final cleaning must be made locally, as must payment of any hiring fee for linen and towels (outside services).

The lessee shall without delay report any damage or missing equipment to us or our local representative, in order to give us the opportunity to remedy the defect.

You should move in between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. and leave between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., special agreements can be made.

The lessee is liable for the total rent and for any culpable damage to the property let out.
